Atari Centipede

Atari Centipede is a classic fixed shooter arcade game that challenges players to fend off an array of pests, including centipedes, spiders, scorpions, and fleas, all while wielding your trusty bugblaster! Your goal is to survive as long as possible in this thrilling game. The bugblaster fires tiny darts at the segmented centipede, which typically features 10 to 12 sections, including its head. When you hit a segment, it transforms into a mushroom, but be aware—each segment continues its descent toward you independently! To eliminate the centipede entirely, you must target and destroy its head. Control the blaster by using the keyboard or mouse to move and shoot at the oncoming centipede!
